About the event

Have you learned how to knit and purl and are looking for your next step in Knitting? Then join us for this "Learn to Knit Socks" class! This class is designed specifically for beginners; we'll be using a classic pattern and worsted weight wool, so your socks will knit up in no time. We'll go over every step together - from first cast on to last bind off. This class is perfect for an adventurous beginning knitter who is looking to build their skills - or an experienced knitter who is new to knitting socks!

Class Sessions: September 14, 21, 28 and October 5, 10AM each session. Make-ups will not be provided, so mark your calendars!

Skill Level: Adventurous Beginner. This is *not* a "how-to" knit class. Students should comfortable with knitting and purling and switching between both (eg, ribbing).  Students should also be ready to learn new skills and commited to working on their project between class sessions.

Class fee: $60
