Stitchin' on Trenton: Learn to Crochet a Pumpkin!

October 13 is Harriman's last Rockin' on Roane - and that means, our last Stitchin' on Trenton for the season! The shop will be open late, and we will be celebrating Fall with a beginner-friendly crochet class. Join us as we learn how to crochet cute little pumpkins that you can use all Autumn long! Class includes 1 skein of Perfection Worsted yarn, stuffing, and yarn/material to make stem. You just need to bring your crochet hook, the pattern, and your awesome self!

Skill Level: Beginner Friendly

This class is suitable for beginners, but is not a "how to crochet" class. Participants will need to be comfortable with making a slip knot, chaining, and single crochet.

What we'll learn/practice:

• How to read patterns and understand crochet-lingo
• How to stitch the Half Double Crochet (HDC)
• How to stitch in the back loop only (BLO)

What's included:

• 1 skein of Perfection Worsted by Kraemer. You can choose your color! Pick orange for a traditional look or a bold color for a modern look!
• Yarn/material for stem
• Stuffing

You will need to bring:

• Size H / 5 mm crochet hook
• The pattern! Fall Crochet Centerpiece by Winding Road Crochet
• We will not be distributing copies of the pattern - please download, print, and bring your own copy.

Age Requirement: 13+ years. Participants younger than 18 must be accompanied by an adult, who has also registered for the class.

Cancellation & Refund: Participants will only receive a full refund if they give at least a 48 hour (2 day) cancellation notice. This gives us time to notify other interested students on the "waitlist." 

Class fee cannot be transferred to a future class or other product. 

Classes are subject to cancellation due to low registration or other unforeseen (ie "Act of God") circumstances. In these instances, registrants will be notified and fully refunded.
