If you're looking for a genuinely sustainable rope for your creative projects, consider this rope! Our recycled cotton rope is manufactured by a small family run business from unused textile surplus. The fabric gets shredded to resemble the original raw material, and then respun into new yarn, and in the next process, to rope.

The result is a versatile, powerful material ideal for macramé knotting, weaving, crocheting and more.

For newcomers, this rope is highly recommended: It will knot up beautifully and can be easily unraveled or loosened if you wish, to create tasseled, frayed ends. Ideal for macramé projects such as table runners, wall hangers, plant hangers etc. Alternatively, you can also use it for knitting and crocheting, such as floor carpets, bowls and baskets.

No dyeing is involved in this process, thus each color batch is unique. Therefore, be sure to buy sufficient quantities for your project, as a perfect color match from batch to batch cannot be guaranteed.
