After hosting The Purling Perry for a Trunk Show during the 2025 Great Tennessee Yarn Tour, we couldn't live without her vibrant yarns in the shops!

Hi! I’m Sarah - owner of The Purling Perry hand dyed yarns in Blountville, TN. I learned to cross stitch as a child, and in 2018, I taught myself to crochet - quickly falling down the fiber art rabbit hole. I soon added knitting and spinning to my skill set, and in October 2021, I officially launched my hand dyed yarn business. After 10 years in banking, I now stay home with our young son and spend my spare time creating small-batch yarns full of color, character and inspiration. Every skein is dyed with care and designed to spark creativity in your next project!
